Public Profile Privacy

Public profiles use nicknames. FitFlip should not publicly display phone numbers, email addresses, exact locations, real names, or social media handles.

Account Information

FitFlip may collect private login email, password hash, nickname, age range, country or region, campus selection, guardian consent settings, subscription status, and safety moderation status.

Safety and Moderation

FitFlip may scan profile names, bios, posts, comments, replies, reports, and payment eligibility signals to protect users. Content that appears unsafe may be blocked, hidden, logged, or reviewed.

Outfit Photos and Storage

Outfit photos are processed on the backend before posting. Processed media may be stored in Cloudflare R2 or another production object-storage provider. Original uploads should not be publicly exposed. Uploaded media may be held for human review before it appears publicly.

Minor Privacy

Age range and location help decide privacy defaults, guardian consent, posting access, and billing guardrails. Parent-managed accounts should use guardian-controlled access and billing.

Parent/Guardian Requests

Parents or guardians may contact FitFlip to ask about a teen account, request deletion, report safety concerns, or update consent preferences. FitFlip may ask for information needed to verify the request.

Subscriptions and Payments

Payment card details should be handled by the payment processor and not stored directly by FitFlip. Subscription status, customer IDs, and receipt-related metadata may be stored to unlock paid features and support cancellation or refunds.

Retention and Deletion

Users can delete their account in the app. FitFlip may retain limited records if needed for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal compliance, moderation history, or abuse prevention.
