Refunds and Cancellations

Premium and Boss Club are optional digital subscriptions for FitFlip by Corday.

Cancellation

Users should be able to cancel renewal through the billing portal. Access may remain active until the current billing period ends.

Stripe Billing Portal

Web subscriptions should be managed through the Stripe Customer Portal for invoices, card updates, and cancellation. If a subscription is purchased through Apple or Google, users may need to manage it through that store's subscription settings.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, the account may enter a past-due state. Paid features may pause after user notice and any configured grace period.

Refund Requests

Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] and compared against payment processor records. Refund timing may depend on the payment processor and user bank.

App Store Purchases

If a subscription is purchased through an app store, cancellation and refund requests may need to be handled through that store's account and billing tools.
