Safety Policy
FitFlip keeps safety features standard for all users. Reporting, blocking, filtering, safety checks, moderation review, and appeals should not be paywalled.
Blocked Content
FitFlip blocks phone numbers, emails, meetups, coded messages, Morse code, social-handle harvesting, private photo requests, threats, substances, doxxing, and harassment.
Face Blur
Outfit media should keep face blur on by default. The backend also processes uploaded outfit photos so the app does not rely only on the user's device. Users should focus on style, color, fit details, and school spirit rather than identifying faces.
Moderation Workflow
Reports, blocked content, appeals, and suspected safety issues enter a moderation queue for review and action tracking.
Admin Review
Moderators can review reports, blocked posts, outfit media, appeals, banned users, and review history. Unsafe uploads may stay hidden until approved.
Appeals and Bans
Users may appeal moderation decisions. FitFlip may ban accounts that repeatedly violate safety rules, attempt to evade moderation, harass others, share private contact details, or create risk for minors.
Emergency Situations
FitFlip is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, users should contact local emergency services or a trusted adult immediately.
